The property was ok but for the price paid was disappointing. I had 6 kids with me and when we got there the house temp was 90. There was very little paper towels and toilet paper that we had to buy our own and when we asked for more it took a very long time to get it. The floors were not cleaned well. There was a dead bug in the shower. The bath towels had holes in them. The beach towels were very low quality and also not put out like they were supposed to be so had to wait a day to get those. I felt like I couldn’t start to enjoy my vacation when we arrived and that was very disappointing again based on what we paid for the place I expected to not have to clean up and have everything that was in the description for use. Also the 3rd floor observation room is a bit deceiving. It is a nice view and cool little room but you better bring a fan to enjoy it. It must have been over 100 degrees when we got there. The AC doesn’t touch it at all and can’t stand being up there for more than a couple minutes. My family ended up having a good time and the house provided a nice place to enjoy our stay however for the price paid it was a bit disappointing to have to work to get it to where it could be enjoyable. We asked about getting an extra day for our troubles and were told we could get one at a discount so also disappointed in the customer service there. The photos included my kids feet after walking about barefoot for a half hour in this house as well as some kind of poop out back.

Not a good experience. Gave me wrong codes to get in when we arrived. Took over an hour for them to give me right codes. Gave wrong combination for lock for shed. AC broke. Down. Jackhammers in streets at 8am and major construction in front
