wonderful relaxing time. Positive: I love the comfort and serenity of the home.

A group of six of us stayed for a long weekend. The property was clean, spacious, and nicely accommodated. The third floor has a gorgeous view of the water. It was a perfect place for happy hour. The location is just a quick car ride to the casinos. I highly recommend staying here!

We chose this property due to it's proximity to the boardwalk and couldn't have picked a better location. House is just feet from the north end of the boardwalk. Went for early walks without having to drive anywhere. The house had plenty of room for all members of the family. It was very clean and well kept. The observation tower was great to get a view of the bay and the surrounding neighbor hood. Our host stayed in contact with us to make sure we were good with everything. Host gave us opportunities to extend our stay at a discount, we were just sorry that we couldn't take advantage at the time. Definitely will consider on a return trip.

Well kept and located roomy home. Positive: Safe area with a beautiful park in front of the property. A short 10 minute walk to a public beach with lifeguard. The casinos and Boardwalk are also nearby (10 minute drive). The house was spotless. Negative: There were no dislikes. The fruit tree in the backyard needs some trimming as it interferes with the use of the picnic table on the deck.

Positive: I like that it was close to the ocean! Negative: I did not like that the listing used older pictures. We couldn't use the only bathtub in the house cause the water leaked out the vent in the kitchen ceiling below! Was hot in the master bedroom! We couldn't go upstairs to the 3rd floor cause it was too hot even at night! The door to the balcony in the master bedroom wouldn't lock so I felt unsafe leaving the house or going to bed! The grill is old and rusty so didn't work good at all!
