Mixed as described above, mainly due to poor heat in basement apartment Positive: Good location, very nice place, clean, responsive host, nice outdoor patio and yard Negative: The main problem was that it is a basement unit and a heat pump as part of a mini-split system is used for primary heat. Heat source is near the ceiling in the kitchen and there is no heat source down low. Heat rises. This leave the living space, especially the living room with very cold floors and uneven heating. Everything else was very nive about the place, as long as you don't mind a basement feel (there were 2 good windows), but the chill in February when nighttime temps were in the 30s contributed to us checking out a few days early. We did purchase a small space heater to help.

Cozy mountain retreat Positive: Loved the location-felt like a mountain retreat. The home is beautifully decorated and very inviting. Quiet and private. The keyless entry made checking in and out a breeze. Negative: There is no lighting on the driveway, parking space, or sloped walkway, making it challenging to get in and out at night and early morning.

Cozy and peaceful Positive: We loved being surrounded by pines trees. It felt very cozy and it was a home away from home. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the complementary washing machines were a plus. Prescott forest and trails are very close and so is all the stores and downtown. The backyard was so peaceful, will definetly be coming back.

Quiet, peaceful retreat Positive: It was a beautiful property quiet in the trees Negative: There isn't much not to like just so there is a gentle slope. You must walk out to get to it but it's all paved.
