Inaccurate accommodations listing cute trash house in house Blighted Neighborhood Positive: The pictures were very cute online. Negative: Didn’t have access to the property.Only gained access after calling the management company and them giving me access remotely but no keys/electronic keypad to be able to enter/exit Property.The listing was inaccurate the listing stated there would be 1 queen bed and pullout sofa in room 1 and in Room 2 there would be 1 queen bed and pullout sofa in room 2.That wasn’t the case both rooms had one queen bed and there was one sofa bed in the living room,which wasn’t a good fit having smaller children.The living room was infested with flys and smelled of garbage even though the property looked fairly clean. The backyard was flooded and swarms of mosquitoes were present. Making the cute backyard and porch unusable. My family has to leave the property because of the inaccurate conditions of this home.Booking.com and management company has been making it difficult to received a refund.Even after receiving a email stating I would get a refund.

Very cozy place ! Positive: Easy accessible, clean comfortable and convenient to all shopping areas. We really were impressed with the accommodations for the price! Would recommend and stay again. Negative: N/a

Positive: Place was clean. The neighborhood was not loud or with a lot of traffic. Has laundry machines which was nice. Not far from a Wal-Mart and Kroger.

Positive: Location convenient to Norfolk, clean, and spacious.

Very enjoyable stay for a quick weekend trip! Positive: Definitely a cozy spot! Ease of access to the interstate/downtown Norfolk, and downtown Portsmouth just minutes away. Clean and welcoming Negative: The only two things that could make the property even better is getting some paper towels for the kitchen, and having the seating area on the back patio/furniture cleaned so any visitors can enjoy the backyard without getting dirty. The spiders at the doors were a bit much as well
