All in all, it was a nice place, with a great location, and there was excellent communication with the property owners. Positive: It was a nice looking place. Convenient walk to the boardwalk, and to the beach. Didn’t hear much noise from others around us. Communication with the owners was excellent. Negative: Couch was a little dirty underneath the cushions, with crumbs, candy and other things that we didn’t have with us. There were no washcloths. Parking was the only other issue. Not entirely the property owners fault, but parking around there is a pain, especially with those rental parking spaces.

Had a 2 day stay with friends. Location and condo was great Updated and Very Clean Positive: The deck and location were great. Negative: Noisy neighbors

Disappointing Positive: Location Negative: parking was very expensive, bed wasn't comfortable, apartment needs a compete cleaning. Second floor entrance is to dark to see key pad.

Great location, property clean and well maintained. Positive: The location Negative: The condo was on second floor with a lot of steps, no elevator. NO PARKING at this location. Metered parking $75.00 a day. We made a deal with parking lot (Smitty’s) end of block which usually charges $60.00 for 24hrs. The host’s were very accommodating,quick with reply’s. However, my husband left his new $150.00 sneaker-boots under the end of bed 😳we noticed a few hours later, when I reached out, we were told maid cleaned condo already,new renters in condo. The hosts said they would reach out to both maid/renters. We heard nothing after initially reaching out.

Positive: Super emplacement! Proche de tout, propre et confortable! Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour. De plus, en arrivant, j’avais quelques questions et en contactant les proprios, ils m’ont répondus en quelques minutes. Je recommande!
