Property, was clean, Owner was always responsive. Great place to stay. Everything was within reach

Very nice home. We did have to reach out to the host to let them know of a few issues. For example, there were only 3 forks in the kitchen and several drinking tumblers had cracks on the bottom, so they leaked. There was also left over food in the refrigerator and the ice machine was not working and needs to be defrosted. It seems like some responses from the host may be AI generated because one was sent shortly after we arrived and added “safe travels” in the response, which seemed odd since we had just arrived. Other than that, we enjoyed staying at home.

This home was beautiful and had everything we needed. The patio was wonderful. The home was centrally located to restaurants that were lovely. The host was friendly and very accommodating. We would love to stay here again.

Netter Ferienaufenthalt mit Familie oder Geschöftsfreunden, wenn man in der Gegend zu tun hat. Positive: Tolles Townhouse mit historischer Ausstattung. Alles wie beschrieben. Die Gegend ist ein alter Stadtkern im Victorian Style, der teilweise im Wiederaufbau ist, hat ein paar nette Läden, wirkt aber ansonsten eher leer. Zunehmend scheinen sich wieder wohlhabende Menschen anzusiedeln. Es gibt aber auch leerstehende Ruinen und Abrisslücken in den weiter entfernten Seitenstraßen. Der Backyard ergänzt den Charm des Grand Old South perfekt. Das Gaus ist sehr gepflegt, trotz seines Alters. Negative: Eine Rechnung mit Geschäftsadresse wurde trotz mehrfache Nachfrage nicht erstellt, sondern lediglich auf einen automatischen Prozess umgeleitet, der diese Möglichkeit nicht enthielt. Das Verfahren eines gesonderten Mietvertrages und jeder Menge zusätzlicher Restriktionen war etwas bürokratisch und so auf der booking.com Page nicht angegeben.
