314 41st St- Unit 2 (top): Beach Getaway + Parking + 2 blocks to Beach!

The stay was great it’s in a fantastic spot. Positive: It was a great location. It was very well decorated the beds were comfy but the couch was not and should be updated. The kitchen was bright and airy and updated the balcony was nice also. The location was great! Negative: The couch definitely needs updating Parking is tough on a weekend if you have more then one car. There is only one television which was disappointing. Some pans had stuck on food on them so we had to buy some. Also there is only one mirror which is in the bathroom so that was challenging and only one trash can for two units which was overflowing so that was definitely a down fall. It’s a nice property but definitely priced too high.

Property is as described and we would definitely stay there again. Communication was superb and always fast. Would definitely recommend to others.

Great experience

Wonderful beach getaway. Positive: Nicely decorated, updated, close to beach, quiet street, and plenty of parking. Negative: Would of been nice to have a lamp or two in the living room. The ceiling lights were extremely bright and no way to dim them. There were no serving bowls except for one giant bowl. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were less than comfortable. These minor inconveniences didn’t overshadow our stay.

2nd floor unit was very clean. New throughout. Host was very communicative. Great area of Brigantine.
