Aug 17 2026 Positive: The location to the beach was wonderful! Negative: Our upstairs neighbors were very noisy, something clearly beyond the control of the owner of this property.

location and proximity to the beach was great, but that’s about it. the amenities were poor. All the towels were old, stained and mismatched. Wish i brought my own. the kitchen utensils were terrible, most of the dishes/plates were gross and unusable. plastics was bubbling and peeling. the pots and pans were also unusable, all black nonstick coating was peeling and unsafe. the over all appearance looked cleaned, but walking on the floor barefoot or in white socks, you quickly realized the floors were filthy and your feet/socks were black. wish the property had a vacuum to manage sand/dirt that inevitable tracks in at a beach property. the bed frames where extremely cheap, creaked and cracked with every movement. i specifically picked a no pet property, the unit above us had a dog on premises. we travel frequently for sports and pleasure, this was one of the least favorable properties we’ve rented.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was perfect for our group of six. It is spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location is fantastic, just one block from the Brigantine beach, making it easy to enjoy the ocean and beautiful views. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, making for a relaxing getaway. We would definitely stay here again!
