Great location - I took off one Star as the host needs to get new beds. They were loud and uncomfortable. Will be 5/5 stars once the beds are replaced.

Cute roomy yet cozy beach house. Very quiet and in a good location.
Positive: 50 yards from the beach. Clean and comfortable. The people up stairs had a friendly dog.

Overall, very nice and clean with a great nearby beach location
Positive: Location and accommodations were wonderful
Negative: The HVAC fan was too loud and would run too quickly with short cycles. The was most annoying overnight during quiet times.
